Yes, there are several types of deals we can help you make with the IRS. The best deal for you could be to setup a streamlined installment agreement. If this doesn’t work, there are ways to stop the collection process for a short period, see if you qualify for long-term uncollectable status, see if you may meet qualify for a more complicated installment agreements, or make an offer to the IRS for less money than you owe if you qualify.
There are times when IRS penalties can be removed if you show good cause. We will work with IRS to get your penalties removed.
